Moon Flows
Each flow is created in connection with the moon phases—an invitation to move, reflect, and realign with the moon’s rhythm.
As you move through the natural ebbs and flows of life, these practices become an anchor. Just as the moon moves the sea, shapes the tides and guides the harvests, it also reminds us that we, too, are meant to shift, soften and begin again.
For so long in my own business (and life), the ebbs and flows felt disorienting.
One week I’d feel unstoppable—clients coming in, ideas flowing, actions taken…everything falling into place.
The very next, I’d be second-guessing myself, questioning everything, wondering if I was even on the right path.
What has helped shift my perspective, but more than anything my sense of rootedness and support as everything around me feels like it’s changing, was realizing that this rhythm isn’t something to “fix.” It’s the natural flow of life.
The moon shows us that we’re meant to rise and fall, expand and contract.
Instead of fighting those cycles, we can lean into them—with intention, structure, and actions that keep us grounded and that keep us supported.
The moon gives us:
A natural cycle to pause and reset
Permission to ebb and flow instead of pushing constantly
A mirror to reflect what’s working (and what isn’t) in our lives
An energetic “checkpoint” for new beginnings, releasing, and integration

🌑August 23rd New Moon in Virgo Yoga Flow, Meditation + Journal Prompts
This New Moon invites us to plant seeds rooted in clarity, healing, and grounded discernment especially in relation to our health and career.
Virgo’s medicine is precision and practicality — not perfection, but refining what really matters. In late summer, we’re between the height of expansion and the turning inward of Autumn. This is a time to set intentions around simplifying, healing, and creating systems that sustain growth.
Take a moment to move through the guided yoga flow & meditation (stay in your savasana to be guided through the meditation) and then give yourself 15 minutes to complete the journal prompts below. Choose the prompts the resonate most, or move through all of them for a full reset.
Health & Wellbeing
What daily rituals or small habits could I refine to better support my long-term wellbeing?
What’s one thing I could release that feels heavy or draining to my health (food, thought patterns, routines, commitments)?
How can I bring more grounded, healing practices into my everyday life (no phone before bed, movement, nutrition, rest, breath)?
If I gave myself permission to focus on feeling good instead of being perfect, what would shift?
Business & Career
If I trusted the process of refinement (rather than rushing to grow), what new possibilities might open in my business or career?
Where do I need to take more time NOW to create structures and automations, so that I can create more ease later?
In what area of my career am I being called to heal or realign — whether through boundaries, communication, or direction?
🌑August 25th’s Crescent Moon Yoga Flow, Meditation + Journal Prompts
The new moon was planting the seed. you put it in the dark, you set the intention, you let it rest.
Now with the crescent moon, the seed is cracking open. It’s not blooming quiiite yet, but it’s moving. It’s starting to grow it’s roots downward while its shoots are starting to sprout up - building momentum, even if you can’t see it all the way.
This flow is about that feeling — rooting down while also letting yourself start to grow into what you set in motion.
Post Flow Journal Prompts
If my seed is starting to grow roots — what grounds me? what keeps me steady?
what’s sprouting in me right now, even if nobody else can see it yet?
where am i starting to feel momentum?
what feels small and tender but ready for me to nurture?
what’s one step i can take this week to care for my seed?
