When to use this meditation:

  • When feeling “off track” or stuck in uncertainty.

  • During life or business transitions where clarity hasn’t landed yet.

  • After a big change (end of a project, job shift, relationship change).

  • Before making a next-step decision, to soften urgency and reconnect to self.

  • At the start or end of the week as a grounding practice.

Post Meditation Journal Prompts

  • What season am I in right now—blooming, shedding, resting, or rooting?

  • What does “one step toward myself” look like for me today?

  • What support systems (seen or unseen) are currently holding me up?

The Recalibration Meditation

When to use this meditation:

  • When you feel pressure to constantly “do” or be productive

  • When you’re navigating burnout, overwhelm, or decision fatigue

  • When you’re in transition and unsure of the next step

  • When you’re craving gentleness, nervous system regulation, or self-compassion

  • On mornings when you feel off, or evenings when you can’t unwind
