I bring over a decade of experience spanning Fortune 500, startup, and entrepreneurial settings — including 7 years at L’Oréal leading global product launches and 5 years running my own coaching and wellness business. Along the way, I’ve also held leadership roles with high-growth startups such as Shmoody (a 1M+ user mental health app) and Little Words Project (a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand), and consulted with PRAVANA on product promotions and merchandising.
